Rates
Our rate is $120 per 45 minute session.
Reduced fee services and sliding scale rates are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
We are an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Out-of-network services may be covered in part by other insurance plans or your employee benefit plan. A bill can also be generated for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment
Cash, checks and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or you will be responsible to pay the full cost of your session.
